Booking Forms

You can do one of the following to book a course or holiday:

If you are on a Windows system running Microsoft Office 2000+, you can download your booking form in MS Word 7 format and edit the document:
rockbook.doc (loads into browser) 51kb - or right click and 'save as'

Also we have a zipped version. rockbook.zip

When you have downloaded or printed the file, please ensure you fill out the form with your details then post it to us with your cheque.

If you experience any problems, please call Richard Hogan on 01335 344982 - and he will post or fax one to you.

You are covered by our insurance whilst on our courses, but strongly recommend you take Sportscover Direct holiday insurance or similar for baggage cover and unforseen cancellation purposes.
