Kids
Adventure, Climbing, Abseiling & Scrambling

The benefits of rock climbing for children include the development of teamwork, self confidence, trust, motivation and increased levels of fitness. Rock climbing enables children to cope with fear and stress, and encourages both self-reliance and responsibility for others.
Rock and Ice will provide instruction for any size of group from individual one-to-one sessions, to larger parties.
Rock and Ice really do welcome all age groups on our courses. You may be surprised to hear that 3yr old children have climbed 150' rock climbs sucessfully under our instruction. If your kids want to climb we will help facilitate it.
We
also offer discounts to help parents introduce their children
to outdoor activities.
We offer packages that introduce parents
to become safe at setting up climbs outdoors.
Our aim is to pass over all
the safety skills that will then allow your family to go out climbing safely
without the need to pay for an instructor.
Just phone 01335 344982 for more info.
